Maximize Your Closet! 3-Way Look

When I am shopping I usually think very carefully, this is probably because I am a careful thinker about EVERYTHING! But never mind that. Typically I will not buy an item if I can’t think of at least three different ways to wear it. Now don’t get me wrong, I can be an impulse buyer at times, but for the most part I like to purchase clothes that I can wear many different ways.  If you follow my blog, you remember this royal blue peplum dress from the “Peplum Plus” post back in March. This royal peplum has served not only as a dress, but as a top and a skirt.  Check out how I mixed and matched to create 3 different looks.

Below I wore it as the dress that it is. And here I wore it as a peplum top with a pair of pants. I simply folded the bottom half of the dress neatly so it wouldn’t bulge.
For the third look, I folded down the top half and made it a skirt.

Some people don’t believe in wearing the same thing twice, and neither do I. I believe in wearing it three, four, and five times again. When you are a “Frugal Fashionista” like myself, it is a must that you maximize your wardrobe!
