Leave it to me to take a piece that was designed to be worn as one thing, and wear it as something completely different. Its called knowing your lane, and slaying in it! One of my fashion senses is knowing how to transform one item into a whole new look. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve worn a shirt as a skirt, a skirt as a dress, a scarf as a crop top, and even a pair of pants as a head scarf. Thats the beauty of expressing your personal style. You can alter things to make them work for you. Dusters are a wardrobe staple for me. They are the perfect finish to any look. However, when I spotted this duster, I immediately had a different idea of how I would wear it…as a dress of course! I love how this duster has a structured fit as if it was tailored just for me. The front buttons are spaced just far enough apart to create a front split and the faux pockets give it personality. Sticking with the blue hues I finished my look with my fav go-to clutch and a classic heeled sandal to match.
