I am slowly creeping into the transition to Spring. And if you live on the east coast then you understand my frustration and emphasis on the word slowly! Luckily I believe in having a diverse wardrobe that is interchangeable with the seasons, so I can manage to give spring vibes while experiencing winter temperatures. Its no secret that Im a sucker for a two piece set and I love the laid back casual vibe of this ensemble. I feel like I am ready for a day trip upstate, or to hit the golf course giving Venus and Serena vibes.
Three reasons why this is
The Perfect Coordinate for all Seasons:
Stretchy yet light weight, the long sleeves provide just the right amount of coverage for the cool breeze that night brings, yet the fabric is lightweight enough to not be too warm on the body during the spring.
Spring is usually a season when its time to take the darker hues up a notch to a lighter palette. But there can be benefits of incorporating solids and darker hues. Solids allow you to accessorize with bright colors and fun prints. As I did by pairing this set with floral booties.
Pleated skirts and matching sets have been two of springs favorite trends for a couple of seasons now. The pleated skirt is a subtle way to flirt with spring.
