November’s Mood: Gratitude Attitude with Dia & Co

Although it has technically been fall for a month now, the temperatures are just catching up with the season, and I am so ready for cooler weather.  But, I am most excited about a new season in life. November is one of my favorite months because it creates opportunity to reflect and be grateful for all of the special things in life. As we near the holidays and the end of 2017, Im looking forward to reflecting and appreciating all that is blissful around me.

During the month of November, I am partnering with Dia & Co for a 3 part Facebook Live Series titled “Gratitude Attitude”. So often, we focus on things we don’t like about our bodies, our circumstances and even our lives. Ive always been a tall girl and as a kid, I was a bit self conscious about it. I was always the tallest in my class, and as I moved into my teenage years people even suggested that I shouldn’t wear heels because of my height. As a woman my legs are one my favorite body parts and my height has become one of my best assets.
